• For Vendors and Individual Sellers:
- Personal and Business Identification Data: Name, business name, email, phone number, address, and potentially identity verification documents (like GSTIN for vendors).
- Payment & Financial Data: Bank account details for processing payouts.
• For All Users:
- Payment Transaction Data: We DO NOT store sensitive financial data like credit card numbers. Our secure third-party payment gateways process payments. We only receive transaction confirmations.
- Communications: Information provided when you contact our support or use on-platform messaging features.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate the marketplace, manage accounts, and process transactions
- To facilitate order fulfillment by sharing buyer delivery info with seller
- To process payouts to vendors/sellers

1. Glibn's Role as a Marketplace
- Acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of physical books
- Not responsible for quality, pricing, delivery, or fulfillment of physical items
2. Seller & Vendor Obligations
- Provide accurate listings and ship items timely
- Handle returns per the return policy
3. E-books Published by Glibn
E-books sold directly by Glibn are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
4. Payments
Payments are processed via third-party gateways. Glibn holds payments until order confirmation, then pays sellers minus fees.
5. Shipping and Returns Policy
- Vendors/Sellers are responsible for delivery
- Returns allowed for damaged/wrong items within 48 hours with photo proof
6. Limitation of Liability
Glibn is not liable for transactions between buyers and sellers.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Subject to laws of India; jurisdiction in Chandigarh courts only.
