Step 1: Browse & Search Books

• Browse by Category: Click on "Browse by Genre" in the menu to explore books by category
• Search Books: Use the search bar to find books by title, author, or category
• Filter by Type: Browse New Books, e-Books, or Pre-Loved Books from the menu
• View Book Details: Click on any book to see detailed information, reviews, and pricing

Step 2: Add to Cart

• Select Quantity: Choose the quantity of books you want to purchase
• Add to Cart: Click "Add to Cart" button on the book page
• Manage Cart: View your cart, update quantities, or remove items anytime

Step 3: Checkout & Payment

• Go to Checkout: Click "Checkout" from your cart page
• Enter Shipping Details: Fill in your shipping address and contact information
• Apply Coupon (Optional): Enter coupon code if you have one for discounts
• Review Order: Check order summary, shipping charges, and total amount
• Make Payment: Complete payment via Razorpay (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking)

Step 4: Track Your Order

• Order Confirmation: You'll receive order confirmation via email and SMS
• Track Order: Click on "Track Order" icon in header or visit "Track Order" page
• Enter Details: Use your phone number or email to track order status
• Order Status: View order status (Pending → Processing → Shipped → Delivered)
• Download Invoice: Download invoice from your order details page

Step 1: Register as Vendor

• Sign Up: Click "Become a Vendor" from the menu or footer
• Fill Details: Enter company name, owner name, email, phone, and address
• Verify Email: Check your email and click verification link
• Login: Use "Login as Vendor" option after verification

Step 2: Add Books

• Go to Dashboard: After login, access your vendor dashboard
• Create New Book: Click "Create New Book" from dashboard
• Fill Book Details: Enter title, author, description, price, stock, images, etc.
• Select Category: Choose appropriate category and subcategory
• Submit for Approval: Books require admin approval before going live

Step 3: Manage Orders

• View Orders: Check "Orders" section in dashboard to see new orders
• Update Status: Update order status (Processing → Shipped → Delivered)
• Order Notifications: Receive SMS and email notifications for new orders
• View Order Details: Click on order to see customer details and shipping address

Step 4: Sales & Payments

• Sales Reports: View sales reports and revenue in dashboard
• Payment History: Check payment history in "Payments" section
• Payouts: View payout details and earnings in "Payouts" section
• Platform Fees: Platform fees are automatically deducted from your sales

Step 1: Register as Author

• Sign Up: Click "Register as Author" from the menu
• Enter Details: Fill in your name, pen name, email, phone, and bio
• Verify Email: Complete email verification process
• Login: Use "Login as Author" after verification

Step 2: Add Your Books

• Create Book: Add new books or digital books from dashboard
• Book Details: Enter complete book information including ISBN, description, pricing
• Upload Cover: Upload book cover image and additional images
• Admin Approval: Wait for admin approval before book goes live

Step 3: Create Content

• Write Articles: Create articles for "Glibn Digest" section
• Book Reviews: Submit book reviews that require admin approval
• Reading Lists: Create book playlists/reading lists for readers
• Content Approval: All content requires admin approval before publishing

Step 4: Track Sales

• View Orders: Check orders for your books in dashboard
• Sales Reports: Monitor your book sales and revenue
• Payouts: View your earnings and payout details

Step 1: Register as Reseller

• Sign Up: Click "Become a Reseller" from the menu
• Complete Profile: Fill in your details and verify email
• Login: Use "Login as Reseller" after verification

Step 2: Add Pre-Loved Books

• Create Old Book: Go to dashboard and click "Create Old Book"
• Book Condition: Select condition (New, Like New, Good, Fair)
• Set Price: Enter price for your pre-loved book
• Upload Images: Add clear images showing book condition

Step 3: Manage Orders

• View Orders: Check orders section for new sales
• Update Status: Update order status as you process and ship
• Track Sales: Monitor your sales and revenue in dashboard

Method 1: Using Header Icon

1. Click on the shipping icon in the header
2. Enter your phone number or email address used during order
3. Click "Track Order" button
4. View all your orders with current status

Method 2: Using Order Number

1. Go to "Track Order" page from footer links
2. Enter your order number (e.g., ORD-XXXXXX-XXXXXX)
3. View detailed order information and tracking status

Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
• UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI
• Net Banking: All major banks supported
• Wallets: Paytm, Freecharge, and other wallets

Payment Security

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Your payment information is encrypted and secure
• We never store your card or payment details
• Payment confirmation sent via email and SMS
